Ambassador’s Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Ambassador Agreement – AAYURVEDYA

As an Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

1. By clicking signup I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
2. I am 18 years of age or older.
3. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

• I will promote and market Aayurvedya’s products to customers.
• rite about products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.)
• Share brand message on social networks
• Share content using our brand hashtags: #aayurvedya, #aayurvedyabrand

8. Minimum amount to get in my wallet, bank or paypal whatever decided by the Aayurvedya as company would be Rs.250
9. Aayurvedya will offer 10% to consumers and I will receive a 5% commission on every order placed by any user using my exclusive Ambassador promotion code that is generated at the time of registration..
10. If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador Promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
11. Commission would be added to my account after 15 days of delivery of the product using my promotion code.
12. No commission would be added to my account if any order placed using my promotional coupon would be cancelled or returned without an valid reason. I agree to the return and refund policy of aayurvedya available at footer of website.
13. I will not share my Ambassador promotion code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the aayurvedya Marketing Team.
14. I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
15. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
16. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag #aayurvedyabrand, #aayurvedya in each post that relates to the ayurvedic products available at aayurvedya. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by aayurvedya.
17. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Ambassador Program and forfeit any pending cash and all promotional codes effective immediately.
18. If the company terminates the Ambassador program, I will get my pending amount of my earned commission within 60 days of termination.
19. I must be an active Ambassador to remain in the program.
20. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
21. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

General:

1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
3. Aayurvedya may discontinue the Ambassador Program at any time.
4. The Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
