Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, Aayurvedya is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of damaged products received please email or call our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We at Aayurvedya strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
No Return of Opened, Used Items.
Aayurvedya will accept returns or exchange if product is damaged, wrong delivered and received in the original packaging and with the product invoice.. Exceptions may apply.
How to Return
- To return any product please contact our customer care team at 9711694727 & email us at “email@example.com” within 24 hours of the product delivery.
- Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
- Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 2-3 working days.
Refund against Returns
The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways:
- Free replacement of the product with another product.
- A refund in the original form of payment in case of product purchased from the web store.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged.
- It is without original invoice.
- It is without its original packaging.
You will only be eligible for 100% refund or exchange without any additional charges if it is the case of:
- Package has missing products.
- Damaged or broken bottles.
- Wrong product delivery.
- Expired product delivery.
Note** Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
